Arrgh! I was doing SO WELL yesterday, and then fell victim to the Snack Monster. SPRINT LESSON LEARNED: AVOID THE KITCHEN. The main problem was I had to cook last night for a potluck this weekend, and that made me… snacky.
But! I’ve had lots of great exercise sessions that started off slow. A stumble out of the gate is no big deal. Recovery! Back to the sprint! I’m still confident.
