I think my body is rebelling, or something. Wild insomnia last night, for a couple hours, so I’m wiped this morning — half-assed exercise, some snacking last night.
Insomnia is a pain in the neck. It does not good, doesn’t solve problems, and just makes the next day rough. I get the evolutionary point of it — I bet there are sabre-toothed tigers around here, better not fall asleep in case they get me — but it’s not really functionally useful now.
So insomnia is stupid. My gait’s off.
In a weird way, I think this is a good thing in a “darkest before the dawn” way. My system’s starting to push back, which means what I’m doing is difficult and that means it’s effective.
