Arrgh! Everything’s on track, pretty much, and then some work stress and then brutal insomnia. I’ve been up since about 2:30, and it’s going to be a big day for me.
Everything else is going well — sprinting through April okay, doing the circuit training and cardio stuff this morning, weight more or less on track, diet pretty good, no big food issues, and sobriety has been a pretty much slam dunk since the new year. Can’t get complacent on that front, though.
But yes. BRUTAL sleep. I’m pretty wiped out. The work stuff isn’t even that bad! I think I’m just primed for stress right now.
