Okay! Following up on yesterday, I am still super glad that sobriety is sticking, but I think I’m stuck in a bit of a bad mood / no exercise / lack of sleep / sleep late / no exercise / bad mood loop.
It’s not great and needs to stop.
That’s… pretty much it. I’m crushed on time because I slept late, and I have to shower and run out the door. Gah. Dumb insomnia.
