Day 514: First 10K of 2018

It took a while to get back on this — I was running 12ks in April of 2017, so I’m definitely behind last year in terms of performance. And man, did it wipe me out. The last 2k was hell. But at least I’m back on it.

Time to start arcing back up to those 12 and 14ks, I guess. It’s hard to do when you’re doing it, but it feels real good when you stop…

On top of food logging and exercise; back to the checklists as well. It’s a good “keep on keepin’ on” week.
