In bed at 9 last night, woke up at 5. Bathroom, back to bed, woke up at 7. That’s it. This may not seem like a big deal to most, but after what feels like months of chronic insomnia and general sleep woes, this is HUGE. I crushed it on sleep. I am a sleep monster.
This is obviously not sustainable; I need to exercise, among other things. But man! Almost 10 hours. What a sleep!
